WE GUARANTEE YOU WILL LOVE SOOTHI! WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER FOR ANY REASON, SIMPLY RETURN IT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND (EXCLUDING SHIPPING)***
- Email us at email@example.com with the following:
- Order Number
- Product you want to return or exchange
- Reason for Return or Exchange
- We will email you a return label (at no cost to you)
- Print the return label and attach it to the return package
- Drop-off the package at you local USPS store or leave it in your mailbox
- Once we have received the item back we will issue a refund
We will gladly accept original, undamaged items for return or exchange. Please return the product, in its original packaging and shipping materials, along with a copy of your invoice. ***PLEASE NOTE: final sale and custom or personalized items, and international orders are excluded from returns or exchanges.

Soothi will gladly accept unopened, unused merchandise for return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue you a refund or exchange in the amount of your original purchase price. Once your return is processed, you will be credited the price of the products less original shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return was a result of our error.
Sale, discontinued, sample or promotional merchandise is non-returnable. Refunds will always be issued to the same account to which they were charged and will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your return. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
