Journal: In-stock plain leather journals. Ready to engrave, no waiting on materials.
Engraving method: Precision laser, which offers a clean, permanent, elegant print. Works on logos, text, illustrations, and initials.
File format: High-res PNG or vector (AI, SVG, EPS). You can upload it directly on our order page. We will check the format before production.
How it works:
01. Submit your quote request. Tell us the quantity, size, and upload your logo or design.
02. Approve your digital proof. We send a mockup of your engraving for approval.
03. We engrave in our studio. Laser engraving begins on approval. Ships within 10 days of sign-off.
04. Delivered ready to give. Ships to your office, venue, or directly to each recipient. Tracking provided.

Custom Made To Order
Journal: Ucycled leather, Full-grain leather, marbled leather, Vegan leather, or block-print fabric in your choice of color and finish.
Customization methods: Debossing (most popular), gold or silver foil stamping, block-print patterns in natural dyes.
Interior: Paper size, number of pages, ruled or unruled, handpaper, or fountain pen-friendly paper. Add-ons: Artisan pens, leather bookmarks, and plantable seed cards all under your brand.
Minimum & lead time: 40 units minimum. 30–40 days from approved final proof.
How it works:
01. Brief & quote: Share your brief of cover concept, materials, quantities, and any design references. We use this to estimate the project's cost.
02. Design development: We develop your cover design and share digital proofs. We can revise up to 3 times. These are digital proofs. Physical samples increase the timeline and costs.
03. Artisan production: Your order goes to our partners in India. 30–40 days of careful, skilled production, quality checks, and packaging.
04. Delivered under your brand: Packaged in your branded presentation and shipped to your office or directly to recipients.

Laser-engraved orders ship within 10 days of approved proof. Full artisan custom takes 30–40 days from proof approval. If you have a deadline, tell us upfront — we'll be honest about what's achievable.
Laser engraving burns your design into the leather surface, offering a clean, precise, and fast process. Debossing uses a metal die pressed under heat and pressure, which results in a slightly deeper impression with a warmer, handcrafted feel. Both are permanent and beautiful. Laser is faster; debossing is part of the artisan custom path.
Yes — named personalization is one of our most-requested services and one of the clearest advantages of the laser path. You send us a recipient list, and we engrave each journal individually. Every gift feels personal, even in a large order. There is an additional fee per name.
A high-resolution PNG or a vector file (AI, SVG, or EPS) works best. For text-only engravings, just send us the text and your preferred font direction, and we'll handle the rest. Don't let file format stop you from reaching out. If you only have a JPEG or a screenshot, let us know, and we'll tell you what's workable.
No. Design development is included in our custom programs. We'll work with your files or develop concepts from your brief at no additional cost.
Yes. We can ship directly to individual employees, clients, or event attendees — domestically and internationally. You provide the recipient list; we handle the fulfillment. No central shipment to redistribute on your end.
