DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING

  • USPS Priority: 2 - 3 day delivery window 
  • UPS Ground: 4 - 5 day delivery window

We offer free shipping when you spend $15+, on all domestic orders. For free shipping, we use the USPS media mail option which takes between 4 to 7 days.

Soothi customers live all across the globe, so we can ship to anywhere with a mailbox and are allowed by the trade laws in place. 

We usually process and dispatch orders within 1 - 3 working days. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. All orders are shipped from California, USA. 

Please note, international orders cannot be returned.

Extra duties and taxes may apply. This is dependent on trade policy rules between your country and the United States. We ship all orders from the United States (California). All extra duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

NAVIDIUM SHIPPING PROTECTION

If you added Package Protection to your order at the checkout, means that your order is protected against being lost, damaged, or stolen. 

What is Navidium Protect?

In the unfortunate instance that you experience lost, damaged, or stolen package inconveniences, you can report an issue to us, and we will work with you to make sure you get the resolution you prefer. 

  • Marked As Delivered (Stolen) - Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered. Orders over $100 USD require a police report. 
  • Stuck In Transit (Lost) - Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US), 60 days from the order date. Issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International), 60 days from the order date.
  • Damaged - File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

If you receive this notice but the package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the doorstep, here are some things to know. 

If you purchased shipping insurance please refer to the information above about Navidium. 

DOMESTIC:

What to do is your order was shipped via USPS:

  • USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally and will arrive the following day. This is especially common if the package was delivered in a rural area. 
  • Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information.
  • If the parcel does not show up (an extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Soothi cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or lost or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!

What to do if your order was shipped via FedEx or UPS:

  • Allow an extra business day for your parcel to arrive. 
  • Contact FedEx because they are liable for mis-delivered mail. You can get more information here: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/customer-support/claims.html

INTERNATIONAL:

Oftentimes, an international parcel is marked as "delivered" when it arrives to a processing facility, or as soon as the order has been processed over to the new tracking system. 

It's very common for there to be a lag in time from when the parcel is marked as "delivered" to when you are notified to pick up the parcel (this may vary with different couriers who have different COD options).  

Things to do:

  • Check your mailbox daily for a notice from your local post to go pick up your parcel
  • Contact your local customs office and inquire about your delivery
    • Please note: do not contact USPS since they are not able to inquire about parcels once they reach a different country.
  • If your parcel was delivered by any other carrier: 
    • Allow an extra business day for your item to be delivered
    • Contact their international hotline 
    • If you have further concerns, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office, as they usually have more immediate answers regarding shipping than we do.
