Why did you change the brand name from EarthCare Jewelry to Soothi?
After reassessing our brand goals, we decided that we need a brand name that was a better representation of overall company goals and vision. Our products are expanding beyond jewelry and so should our brand.
What do you mean by eco-friendly products?
Our mission is to use natural and organic materials that pre-exists in the world to create the products that we bring to you. Our goal is to stay away from materials that do more damage than good. We want to help you reduce your carbon footprint while looking fabulous!
How do you help the environment and communities?
Many women are not allowed to work in India so we offer micro financing loans to women in our village in India, who use the loan to purchase unfinished products from us and then turn around, and sell the finished products back to us for a profit. This allows them to feel more empowered because they contribute to their family income and have more control over their lives and their family members are often more supportive of this “non working” working environment. The exposure to a micro entrepreneurial environment also gives them access to learn more about ways to better their lives and helps broaden their outlook.

What's up with my order?
Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, we will email you a FedEx or USPS tracking number, and your order status will be updated to reflect the predicted delivery date…which is usually 3-4 business days.
What shipping method do you use and how much will it cost?
Shipping is FREE when you spend $40 on domestic orders and $100 on international orders. We use USPS and it is flat $7 domestic ground shipping and $20 International shipping for orders under $40 for domestic and $100 for the rest of the world.
What delivery options are available for non-contiguous US states and territories?
We ship via FedEx or USPS for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Do you ship internationally? How much will it cost?
Yup! Shipping is FREE when you spend $100 on international orders otherwise we offer $20 flat International shipping rate. Once shipped from our fulfillment center, international packages usually take 7-10 business days for delivery. Just FYI, you could possibly face import taxes or other customs fees for your package which are not included in your order.
How do returns work?
If you decide that you don't like a product you can return it within 30 business days of your order shipment date.
How to do I make a return?
Making returns and exchanges is easy! Follow the steps below:
- Shoot us an email and tell us which item you want to return and why
- We will email you a prepaid shipping label
- Box up the unused item in the original packaging with your invoice and ship it back to us and we will refund payment upon receipt of the goods.
- We'll email you when we process your return!
